At the early 20s Gdynia was a small village where tourists rarely came.
After the First World War when Polish government started to search for a place to build the biggest Polish harbour they chose Gdynia
because of this investment Gdynia started to grow
Gdynia became a city on 10th February 1926.
Some years later from fishing village it become city with 127 thousands residents
Gdynia was a main base of Polish naval is Second World War.
